Ginny--this was a very special anniversary to us this
year. When we arrived, we were made to feel that we were
honored friends, not just guests. it was so nice that we got
an upgrade to room #1--and when we entered the room--to have
a lovely bottle of Prosesco chilled and waiting for us to
enjoy was a lovely way to start our visit. We enjoyed all
the special places at the Inn--the porch was lovely--we
enjoyed the continental breakfast and noticed that we could
get up late and still have breakfast waiting for us to
enjoy. We loved the walk into the Saratoga Park--it is
wonderful that the
Inn is located so close by. Thank you for the passes for us
to enjoy the Victoria Pool--it was lovely and refreshing
when the temperature was hot and humid--especially after a
day at the races--
Thank you for everything--especially the book I recieved
about the races--I am enjoying. Thank you to everyone who
made this anniversary so memorable.

belated Thank You for making our visit another enjoyable
one.
I have finished reading Saratoga Race Course. What a great
read, just filled with factoids.
In reading the introduction, I smiled at the reference to
Joe Bokan as the energetic proprietor
of the Washington Inn, while happy tears filled my eyes to
the writers reference of sitting on
the front porch of the Washington Inn. The front porch is a
special place to relax and reflect,
be it with a coffee or a cocktail.
As in the title of the book, Saratoga is The August Place to
Be. Judy and I think the Washington Inn
is The Saratoga Place to Stay .

- The Washington Inn was the first and last place I had looked for a reception venue. From the moment I went to take a tour and had met Ginny, I knew this was the place. Ginny was amazing and made my husband and I feel like family, always greeting us with a hug. It was so nice to have the Inn for the ceremony and also the reception as none of my guests had to leave. Having accommodations available for out of towners was definitely a plus also. The setting was beautiful especially for October. Thank you Ginny for being a part of our special day!

Joe,
James and I are approaching our 1 year wedding anniversary. This has made
me think about our big day and how wonderful it was. I
realized that I was remiss in sending my praise and
gratitude your way.
Our wedding day was so perfect for one reason - The Washington Inn. The
location, guest rooms and ballroom were more than we could
ask for and the two of you were absolutely amazing. Ginny,
you made me feel like we were family and as such there was
no detail that you weren't going to oversee. I fully believe
that the caterer completed their tasks on time because of
your prodding.
Every guest commented how at home they felt. Our wedding felt relaxed and
cozy because our guests could stay long after the caterer
had left and go up to bed when they were finally too tired.
I would more than recommend your Inn to any future bride that wants a
unique, beautiful, homey wedding.
Thank you again for going above and beyond to make our wedding weekend
the perfect event that people are still talking about!

- It is rare
to find the kind of customer service with a personal touch
that I experienced while working with Joe and Ginny from The
Washington Inn. They went above and beyond during less than
ideal winter weather to make a safe and comfortable
atmosphere for our training session. I felt so welcome and
would highly recommend The Washington Inn for anyone
planning an event in the area.

Thank you very much for allowing me to hold my daughters shower at
your beautiful Washington Inn. Ginny was most gracious and
was extremely helpful in making our special event memorable
for my daughter Franca.
I love the ballroom because it is so sunny and elegant.
Everyone had a wonderful time, and remarked about how lovely
the Inn is, especially my local guest who had never been
there before!

behalf of Dudley, Mike, and myself I want to personally
thank you for making our annual trek most comfortable and
enjoyable. You put so much effort and time into your unique
property and business and we really appreciate it. As you
complete another racing meet in your special town, just
remember that many of us are already looking forward to next
year. Oh, the addition of the computer made our experience
extra special. Please stay healthy and happy throughout the

- Joe, I am
writing to you to let you know that our entire
weekend from the rehearsal dinner to the "after party" after
the
reception at your facility was great. From the time we
arrived to our
departure you and your staff were attentive to all our needs, and were
never intrusive, we felt as though we were entertaining
guests in our
own home. The guests over the weekend have traveled far and
wide and
have experienced many great hotel locations around the
country and for
that matter around the world, they to a person have nothing
but
compliments on your facility and accommodations. I want to
thank you
personally for hosting our daughter and new son-in-laws
wedding weekend, you made the entire event one less thing to worry about.
You have the
perfect location with it's proximity to town and to the Spa
facilities
as well. Again I would strongly recommend the Washington Inn
to anyone,
as the place to be in Saratoga, we wish you all the best and
hope to
have the opportunity to have another reason to stay at the
Inn in the

- I just
wanted to tell you that Bob and I had the MOST delightful
time during our weekend at the Washington Inn. It was like a
second honeymoon – we enjoyed the ambiance of the place and
the peaceful serenity of it all And thank you for the
picture on the swing!
It will be one of my nicest memories of time spent in
Saratoga and I can’t thank you enough for having us. Best
wishes to you and I hope I have the opportunity to come back
– and I hope I can convince my children to get married
there!!!
