About NY State Marriage Laws:
NY State has a 24-hour waiting period from the time your license is issued.
- Bride and Groom must apply in person for a marriage license.
- It is suggested that you make City Hall, 474 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, your first stop when you arrive in Saratoga, to get your marriage license. Saratoga's City Hall is open Monday-Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.
- You must both be over 18 years of age; both individuals must appear and bring two forms of identification; a certified copy of divorce papers or death certificate (if applicable) and know your social security number. There is a 24-hour waiting period once the license is purchased and it is good only in New York State. The license is good for 60 days and the fee is $40. There is no requirement for a blood test in New York State.
- Your ceremony will take place for 24 hours from the time your license was issued. Officiant cannot and will not perform a wedding ceremony without a valid license.

Additional Information:
- All prices are shown before taxes and gratuities.
- Champagne toast available only to couples over 21 years of age.
- You may want to invite friends or include your family in your destination Saratoga elegant elopement. We can accommodate additional guests for your wedding ceremony, and this would result in an additional charge (requires larger cake, more champagne, etc.)
- Additional family and guests may book accommodations at The Washington Inn for additional charges.
Add-ons: Package add-ons are subject to availability and will appear as separate charges
Professional Photography Package $250
- The Package includes one hour of photography coverage with a professional photographer of the elopement, including inside and outside shots, both candid and posed. The pictures will then be edited and posted in an online gallery, which can be accessed by friends and family. You may select your 20 favorite pictures, which will be burned to a CD. You will also receive a print release, which allows you to print your photos anywhere you want. The CD of pictures will be mailed to you within two weeks of the receipt of your picture choices. Our photographer also offer additional hours if you are interested in shooting around the city of Saratoga and getting more memorable shots of your wedding day!
Musician Package (Price TBD)
